Returns & Refund Policy
Time Frame for Returns: Changed your mind? No problem! You have 14 days from the date of delivery to decide if your item is a keeper.
Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please send items back just the way they came - unused, in original packaging, and ready for another adventure.
Return Shipping Costs: We'd love to make everything as magical as possible, but unfortunately returns aren't free. If you need to send an item back, you'll be responsible for any return shipping costs. Pack it up, send it off, and we'll take it from there!

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom orders (such as special orders or personalized items). Why? Custom products are created based on your specific choices - from colors to personal messages. This personalization means they can't be restocked or resold, making them exclusively yours.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Received something not quite right? Contact us immediately! We’ll work our magic to fix any issues with damaged or incorrect items.
Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges. Please double-check your order details, including the design, size, and quantity, before completing your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to our customer service, and we will be happy to assist you.
Process for Returns:
- Step 1: Contact us at hello@queensparkave.com to start your return process.
- Step 2: We’ll give you all the details you need - where to send it and what to include.
- Step 3: Pack up your item and send it back. Remember to get a tracking number so you can watch its journey!
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
